The tenancy is terminated effective May 14, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $8,594.48 (less any payments made after March 29, 2023) for rent arrears and the cost of the previous application. The tenant must also pay the landlord $36.16 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting May 4, 2023 until the tenant moves out.
