What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $2,699.26 by May 20, 2025. If the payment is not made, the Tenant must vacate by that date and pay the Landlord $2,582.08, plus daily compensation of $11.93 from May 6, 2025. The Landlord can file for eviction with the Sheriff starting May 21, 2025.
