The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by February 11, 2024. If they do not, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $5,444.13 for rent arrears and the previous application fee, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $57.53 per day for compensation for continued occupancy starting February 1, 2024.
