What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $4,220.68 by January 31, 2025 or $5,020.15 by February 28, 2025 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $3,124.05 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by February 28, 2025.
