The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 7, 2023. The Tenant must vacate the unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,664.31 in compensation for use of the unit from June 1, 2022 to February 6, 2023, less the rent deposit and interest owed. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $30.64 per day for use of the unit from February 7, 2023 until the Tenant vacates, as well as $186 for the application filing costs.
