What happened
Landlord applied to terminate tenancy based on an N11 Agreement allegedly signed by Tenant. Tenant filed a motion to set aside the termination order, claiming he was misled about the nature of the document he signed and that the agreement was unconscionable due to his vulnerability.
The ruling
The Board set aside the previous termination order and dismissed the Landlord's application. The N11 Agreement to End the Tenancy was declared to have no force and effect.
