What happened

The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant because the tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on August 20, 2019 with respect to a previous application. The tenant was observed shouting at and intimidating the tenant of the neighboring unit, which was a breach of the settlement agreement.

The ruling

The tenancy between the landlord and the tenant is terminated. The tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before October 18, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
