What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant failed to pay rent from February 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022. The Landlord served a Notice of Termination effective October 22, 2021. The Tenant did not attend the hearing.

The ruling

The Tenant has the option to void the eviction order by paying $5,786.00 by February 28, 2022, or $6,586.00 by March 31, 2022.
