The ruling
Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $29,819.33 by February 28, 2025 or $32,319.33 by March 4, 2025, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $25,640.21 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by March 4, 2025. The Landlord is entitled to compensation of $82.19 per day for use of the unit after February 4, 2025.
