What happened

The ruling
The Tenant is ordered to pay $1,794 to the Landlord in arrears and costs, in installments over 9 months. The Tenant must also pay new rent on time and in full. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the Landlord can apply for an ex-parte eviction order.
