The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants terminated on March 12, 2020. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $5,769.40 in compensation for the use of the unit from March 13, 2020 to July 20, 2020, and $190.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by April 26, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
