What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

If the tenant does not make the required payment, they must vacate the unit by July 31, 2023. The landlord is entitled to daily compensation for the tenant's continued occupation of the unit starting June 6, 2023.
