What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant's former wife, Lucyana Giro, causing undue damage to the elevator in the residential complex.
The ruling
The Tenant was ordered to either have the elevator professionally repaired to the Landlord's satisfaction or pay the Landlord $1,980 for the cost of the repairs. The Tenant was also ordered to pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of the application. If the Tenant fails to complete the repairs or make the payment by the due date, the Landlord can apply to the Board to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant.
