What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated if the Tenant does not pay $1,578.70 by April 30, 2023 or $2,252.95 by May 9, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $1,148.32 to the Landlord and $22.17 per day in compensation until they move out. If the unit is not vacated by May 28, 2023, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
