What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice, and the Tenant did not void the notice by paying the rent arrears.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $12,222.00 for rent arrears and costs in accordance with a payment plan. If the Tenant fails to make any of the scheduled payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and owing, and the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
