The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 6, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $344.67, less any amounts paid since the application was filed, plus $37.45 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting January 27, 2022 until the Tenants move out. If the full amount is not paid by February 6, 2022, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
