What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $10,826 by June 30, 2023 or $11,206 by July 2, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by July 2, 2023 and pay $10,446 to the Landlord.
