What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 15, 2021 unless the Tenant pays $3,030.62 by June 30, 2021 or $4,485.63 by July 15, 2021 to void the order. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,444.18 plus $46.82 per day from June 29, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant must also pay the $186 application fee.
