The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 13, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,997.65 for use of the unit from October 1, 2021 to February 13, 2022, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $47.45 per day from February 14, 2022 until the Tenant vacates, as well as the $186 application fee.
