What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served the Tenant with a valid N4 Notice, which the Tenant did not void by paying the rent arrears.

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on May 10, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $4,101.53 by April 30, 2023 or $6,831.09 by May 10, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not make the required payment, the Tenant must vacate the unit by May 10, 2023 and the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
