Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant did not meet a condition specified in the order issued by the LTB on February 13, 2023, with respect to application LTB-L-035282-22.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 5, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,439.30 plus $43.98 per day starting May 26, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 5, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
