What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant alleging that the Tenant or someone he permitted in the complex substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful rights of the Landlord or other tenants. The dispute appears to involve storage of items on the balcony and pest control issues. After four hearing dates, the parties reached a consent agreement regarding balcony storage, pest treatment, and a schedule for moving items.

The ruling
