What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 4, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $615.39, plus $28.01 per day starting January 25, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 4, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest. If the unit is not vacated by February 4, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
