What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $12,986 by January 31, 2023 or $13,786 by February 10, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by February 10, 2023 and pay $12,606.80 plus daily compensation of $26.30 per day starting January 17, 2023.
