What happened

The ruling

If the tenant does not pay the full amount by August 1, 2021, the landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The tenant can void the order and continue the tenancy by paying $7,086 by July 31, 2021 or $7,886 by August 1, 2021.
