What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,866.25 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $186 in application fees, and $19.73 per day in compensation starting February 9, 2022 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant pays $5,586 by February 19, 2022, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
