What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $14,173.36 by December 19, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by December 19, 2022, and pay $12,349.90 plus $27.12 per day from October 25, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting December 20, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
