The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 23, 2023, unless the Tenant pays $18,449.90 to void the order and continue the tenancy, or $14,656.48 if the tenancy is terminated. The Tenant must also pay daily compensation of $60.40 for continued occupation of the unit starting March 30, 2023.
