What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to seriously impairing the safety of others in the residential complex. The Tenant's careless disposal of cigarettes caused numerous burn marks on floors and furniture, creating a significant fire hazard.

The Tenant is ordered to pay $31.87 per day for use of the unit from July 29, 2022, until move-out, plus $186.00 for the Landlord's application filing cost.
