What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,779.04 to void the order and continue the tenancy, or $1,698.81 if the tenancy is terminated. The Tenant must also pay daily compensation of $29.26 from June 22, 2022 until move-out. If the Tenant does not pay the required amount by August 14, 2022, the Landlord can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office to enforce the eviction.
