The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 12, 2022. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date and pay the Landlord $246.82, which includes the application filing fee and compensation for use of the unit after the termination date. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by January 12, 2022, they will owe interest starting January 13, 2022 and the Landlord can file the order for enforcement of the eviction.
