What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $1,179.85 on or before January 31, 2024. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by January 31, 2024. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $33.45 per day for compensation starting December 22, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
