What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant keeping the rental unit in an extreme state of clutter and uncleanliness, which the Landlord alleges substantially interferes with the Landlord's rights, is an illegal act, and seriously impairs the safety of others.
The ruling
