What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on August 10, 2021 with respect to application EAL-94018-21. The Tenant engaged in activities that could lead to the service of an N5 notice, including loud noises, banging, hitting walls, drilling, hammering, and yelling.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before September 26, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
