The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $11,145.21 in compensation for use of the unit from June 1, 2022 to January 12, 2023, and an additional $49.32 per day from January 13, 2023 until the date the Tenants move out. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application.
