What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to abandonment of the rental unit and for committing an illegal act involving the trafficking of illegal drugs in the rental unit.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated as the Tenant has abandoned the rental unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $201 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay by July 5, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
