What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord also claimed NSF cheque charges and related administration charges.

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay $220.88 to the Landlord by September 6, 2021 for the costs of filing the application and NSF cheque administration fees. If the Tenant fails to pay by the due date, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
