What happened
Landlord applied to terminate tenancy and evict Tenant for failing to meet conditions specified in a previous order. Tenant filed a motion to set aside the eviction order. The Board granted the Tenant's motion, cancelling the eviction order and replacing it with a new payment plan.
The ruling
The Board set aside the previous eviction order and established a new payment plan for the Tenant to pay $5,187.14 in arrears. The Tenant must make specified payments between March 1, 2022, and September 4, 2022, in addition to paying regular rent. If the Tenant fails to make any payments as ordered, the Landlord may apply for eviction within 30 days of the breach.
