What happened

If the Tenant fails to pay, she must move out by May 31, 2025, and owes the Landlord $6,386.14 plus daily compensation from March 20, 2025. The adjudicator delayed the eviction to provide the Tenant additional time to find new housing due to her personal circumstances.
