The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to immediately provide the Landlord with a key to the rental unit and pay the Landlord $260 to cover the cost of replacing the locking system. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by March 15, 2022, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
