What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant paid the rent owing before the hearing, but did not pay the application filing fee.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $175 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 19, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
