What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to their behavior seriously impairing the safety of others in the residential complex. The Landlord alleged incidents of aggressive and threatening behavior by Tenant Brandon White towards the Landlord's agent and a contractor.

The ruling

The Landlord's application to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants is denied, subject to the Tenants complying with certain conditions for 12 months. The Tenants must not interfere with the Landlord's fire safety inspections and must refrain from yelling, screaming, or speaking to the Landlord's agent in an aggressive, harassing, or threatening manner. If the Tenants fail to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application.
