The Tenants must pay the Landlord $5,324.03, which includes rent arrears, NSF cheque charges, and related administration charges, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenants do not vacate by May 21, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction.
