What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as per the previous order issued by the Board on December 7, 2020.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 21, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $5,324.03, which includes rent arrears, NSF cheque charges, and related administration charges, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenants do not vacate by May 21, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction.
