If the Tenant fails to pay and vacate, they are ordered to pay the Landlord $1,959.50 for arrears up to the hearing date (less deposit), plus $39.83 per day for compensation from July 10, 2025, until they move out. The Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement on or after August 1, 2025.
