What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent and substantial interference. The application was filed after serving valid Notices to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice) and Persistent Late Payment (N8 Notice), which the tenants did not void by paying the arrears. The tenants did not attend the review hearing.

The request to review order SOL-17539-20 issued on July 26, 2021 is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged. The interim order issued on August 20, 2021 is cancelled and the stay of order SOL-17539-20 is lifted.
