The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 4, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,803.44, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and the rent owing up to September 23, 2021, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay $35.19 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting September 24, 2021 until they vacate. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by October 4, 2021, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
