What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants vacated the rental unit on December 31, 2020, but did not pay the full rent for November and December 2020.

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $1,221.89 in rent arrears and $201 for the application filing fee. If the full amount is not paid by November 12, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
