What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to pay rent as per the previous order issued by the Board on April 14, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before December 21, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $26.08 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting December 11, 2021 to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. If the unit is not vacated on or before December 21, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
