The tenancy is terminated effective May 5, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,254.13, which includes rent arrears up to April 24, 2023, and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $64.80 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting April 25, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
