What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their dogs' aggressive behavior, failure to keep dogs on leash, allowing dogs to urinate in common areas, and excessive dog barking, which substantially interfered with the Landlord's and other tenants' reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex.

The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenants: clean the rental unit to remove pet urine smell, keep all dogs on leash in the complex, muzzle the large black dog, prevent dogs from urinating in the complex, and take measures to prevent continuous dog barking. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing cost by October 19, 2021.
